Return & Refund Policy
How to request a return on a Z&ZENTLY order and how refunds are processed.
Requesting a return
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery if you would like to return an item. Requests are reviewed case by case, and the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or a style different from what you ordered, share a photograph of the product and packaging with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to raise a return
Call or WhatsApp our support number with your order ID and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where the pincode is serviceable, or share a self-ship address.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching and passing our quality check. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery refunds are transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.
Non-returnable cases
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by use, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.
